Our Mission
Since 1978, Rouse/Chamberlin Homes has been building quality homes, thriving neighborhoods, and a solid reputation in the suburban counties surrounding Philadelphia. The company has completed or is constructing over 2000 homes in 30 communities.
In order to create successful communities, Rouse/Chamberlin Homes creates land plans and housing that encourages social interaction and hosts social events within new devlopments during their formative years. Summer barbecues, Halloween parades, and winter holiday parties, as well as seminars on lawn care and emergency safety are but a few of the neighborhood events sponsored by the builder that allow residents to meet one another and foster bonds.
To strengthen its ability to meet customer expectations, Rouse/Chamberlin sponsors intensive employee training programs in communication, construction, computer technology and technical skills. The company’s technology enhances cost efficiency, planning and budgeting.
