Rouse/Chamberlin Homes is strongly committed to creating land developments which respect and enhance the land. Since we are permanently changing the landscape, we believe we have a duty to develop a piece of land in a tasteful and responsible manner. We seek to do so by thoughtfully integrating the architecture and land planning of new homes in a way which is compatible with the surroundings, as well as with a site's natural features and characteristics.

We are creative and competitive in our acquisition proposals. We are especially experienced and successful in obtaining entitlements from local municipalities with whom we have an excellent track record and reputation.

Zoned for residential use or appropriate for rezoning to residential use.
Properties accommodating a minimum of 25 lots.
