HBA Honors Dave England of Rouse Chamberlin Homes
The Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties (HBA) annually honors an individual who exemplifies outstanding work in fostering the welfare of their business, customers, communities and the local, state and national home builder associations. This year, Dave England of Rouse Chamberlin Homes was honored with the Pillar Award for Builder of the Year.
Dave England, President of Rouse/Chamberlin Homes, is a seasoned veteran of the real estate and construction industries, having entered the business in commercial construction and transitioning into the residential sector in 1991. England has dedicated many years of service to the HBA as a member of the Board of Directors. He also serves on the HBA Habitat for Humanity Blitz Build Steering Committee. “Getting the Builder of the Year award is really a recognition of the people within this industry that I have the honor of working with,” sand England, “the heavy lifting is really done by all the people at Rouse/Chamberlin, my fellow members of the Habitat Committee, and the members and staff at the HBA.”
